Restorative Yoga is a practice designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.

Yoga Fundamentals primary focus is on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the standing poses with modifications to accommodate individual needs. It includes gentle stretches and breathing and is appropriate for students with joint and muscle stiffness or pain.

Hatha Yoga classes are designed to stretch and strengthen.  You'll use your breath, your body and your mind to explore basic standing and seated postures, sun salutations and twists.  Teachers focus on alignment and use hands-on-adjustments to help you deepen your practice in a safe way.  Some classes will incorporate Sun Salutations and flow sequences.  Variations of postures are always taught and encouraged making this an ideal class for students of all levels.  

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a fun, engaging class teaching the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core isolation. Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. We learn the correct alignment for integral poses and how to connect these poses to the breath.
