PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher, 500-hour comprehensive, Owner of Center Street Studios Pilates & Yoga
Lesley first discovered pilates as cross-training to her rigorous distance running program. She enjoyed the challenge of the group pilates reformer classes and immediately noticed improved strength and balance. What made her truly fall in love with pilates was how great she felt after her lessons. When her teacher suggested she enroll in a teacher training program, Lesley welcomed the opportunity. Though she loved working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Lesley was excited to learn more about the pilates method and share her love of pilates with others.
Lesley has been so fortunate to learn pilates from her teacher and mentor Kris Shellum of The Pilates Studio of Gainesville. She completed her 500 hour comprehensive teacher training at The Harmony Pilates Studio in Pittsburgh, PA with Dilla Mastrangelo and Sueann Fenchel. She is a Pilates Method Alliance ® Certified Pilates Teacher. Always a student, Lesley maintains a personal practice and enjoys taking weekly pilates classes. She loves to study the pilates method and regularly attends workshops and trainings.

Jessica started practicing yoga in 2001 while expecting her second child and fell in love with the practice, with her breath, and with the beauty and power inherent in her own body. Once her sixth baby was a toddler she followed the call to become a yoga teacher. She received her 200 hour certification in Shambava Yoga from Shonshoni Yoga Retreat in Nederland, CO and was a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance in 2013. Her classes are a marriage of Vinyasa Flow and traditional Hatha, giving students an intimate connection with their breath as they move, and to intelligent alignment that honors where they are in their bodies in the moment. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are included for a well-rounded experience. Her greatest hope is that students leave her classes feeling deeply nourished, empowered, inspired and experience greater unity mind, body, and soul. Jessica is blessed to be married to her best friend. Together they home school their 6 children.
